    The deposit due at agreement is 20% with additional deposits due based on your purchasing agreement. Our sales team has all of the details to share with you!

  • Do you have a preferred lender?

    We have a couple of lenders with various programs to help our interested buyers obtain the loan they desire. Inquire of our sales team for contact information.

  • Can I use my own lender?

    Yes, as long as you also make an application with one of our approved lenders.

    Yes, all exterior maintenance, including landscaping, building repairs, and upkeep of common areas, is included in the condo fee. This ensures that the building and its surroundings are well-maintained without additional costs to residents.

  • Can I choose my finishes when I purchase?

    Each condo has standard finishes, and some come with pre-selected upgrade packages. Regarding choices, you may select from the available option packages, provided that materials for the specific unit have not already been ordered.

  • What is the warranty period for the interior finishes?

    The warranty period for the interior finishes is one year. During this time, any issues or defects related to the finishes will be addressed and resolved according to the warranty terms. This ensures that you are covered for any necessary repairs or replacements within the first year after moving in.

  • What is the cost of a furniture package and what does it include?

    The furniture package listed in the link has a total cost of USD 22,500 and includes everything needed to have the condo unit ready for rent.

  • What is being used for soundproofing or insulation between units?

    Soundproofing between units is primarily achieved through the use of concrete, which provides excellent insulation against noise.

    This solid construction ensures that the condos will maintain a very quiet environment, minimizing sound transmission between units and enhancing the overall comfort and privacy for residents

  • Can I advertise my residence as a long or short-term rental property?

    Yes, we will only provide options for management companies, and since we go out and negotiate a deal for the entire building, we will get better deals but with no restrictions.

  • Is there an in-house property manager for the investment rentals?

    No, there is no in-house property manager. Each owner will have the freedom to decide how they wish to manage their unit. However, Stay Gainesville, a local company with over 20 years of experience in vacation rental management and the largest in the city, will provide us with local support.

  • Will all of the building amenities be completed and ready for use when I move in?

    Yes, all the amenities will be completed and available for use when the new residents begin to move in.

  • Are there any security features in the building or building amenity areas?

    Yes. Condo building will have access control to get in and out of the building.

  • Will the condo parking space be assigned for each unit?

    Yes, it is assigned and numbered.

  • Are animals allowed? Is there a weight restriction or limit on how many?
